What Store is Easier to Shop in:

Here is one of my favorite quotes that goes with shopping and fashion:

I am going to review two stores Kohl's and Forever 21 in Saint Cloud MN and see which one has a better: layout, staff, appearance, and prices or reward programs. I will be giving all of these topics stars out of 5 for both stores. I personally love shopping at Kohl's and haven't shopped at Forever 21 very much. How I pick these two stores is I had a list of 6 stores and I asked 10 people which two stores do you like to shop at the list was: JC Penny, Kohl's, Macy's, Aeropostale, Forever 21, and American Eagle. The top two were Kohl's and Forever 21; Kohl's had 6 votes and Forever 21 had 5 votes, so I have decided to only review these two stores.
Layout: 3.5/5 They had nice walkways to get to each section of the store, but not very nice walkways in each of the sections it's hard to look at the clothing in between the racks
Staff: 3/5 No one was walking around asking if you needed help and I heard some people looking for someone to help them; other then that they were pretty nice at the registers.
Appearance: 2.5/5 It racks were really empty in some sections but like when you looked in the clearance section it was hard to look at the clothing; things I liked was that there was like three sections Dressy, School wear, and Casual wear.
Prices or Rewards Program: 3/5 Prices were pretty good I would recommend going on Wednesday they have better sales then; they had a rewards system, but you had to buy their card to be able to get the rewards card so if you don't plan on shopping there often enough to get their credit card then you aren't getting the best deal of all times
Clothing selection: 3.5/5 They had a lot of selection, and don't get me wrong the selection was cute, just for the wrong season, like they had a lot of summer clothing when it is in the middle of January. I don't want to be wearing shorts when it in -3 outside.
I would give then an over all score of 3.1/5 that is the average out of all the scores above.
Layout: 4/5 The layout was nice they had everything neatly in each of their sections, but sometimes it was hard to get through if you had many people in one section it would be hard to get through good thing there was no carts there in the store.
Staff: 3/5 No one was walking around like at Kohl's, but when I went up to the registers they were really nice and even asked if I knew about their return policy, which I didn't, so they explained it to me.
Appearance: 4/5 It was very clean and easy to see and know where everything was; which helped with that was the big glowing signs that said were everything was. The only bad thing I could think of was the store was kind of small for how much clothing they had there it was at sometimes hard to get places.
Price or Rewards Program: 4/5 The prices were really low and nice, one of the down sides was that there was no rewards program at least if there they didn't say anything about it.
Clothing selection: 4/5 They had a huge selection of clothing and they even had a huge shoe selection, but the men selection was very small that was a downside.
I would give them an over all score of 3.8/5 that is also a average of the scores above.
I would personally go shopping at Forever 21 more then Kolh's. I feel like I could get more of what's in style more often then I would at Kolh's.
I hope you enjoyed reading this was fashionista.
